To run your account, save your progress, process purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and fix bugs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
WarSim uses browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme and audio settings. These are required for the site to work — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep account and game data for as long as your account exists. Support tickets are kept while they are useful for support history. Payment records are retained as long as legally required for tax and accounting. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated game data; some records may persist in backups for a limited period, and in billing records where the law requires.

You can delete your account from account settings, or email stizzyraxx@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
WarSim is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are handled by Supabase authentication and are never stored by us in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
